Ms Chan is practising as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Endocrinology at the Singapore General Hospital. She graduated from the Nanyang Polytechnic before obtaining her bachelor’s degree from the University of Sydney. Through her commitment in life-long learning, she has graduated from the NUS Masters Nursing course in 2015 and attained the accreditation for APN practice. She obtained the Certified Diabetes Educators credentialing conferred by the ADES accreditation and certification board. She was awarded the HMDP award to enhance her knowledge and skills in diabetes management at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. She has actively participated as a principal investigator and co- investigators in various research projects.
