Ms Wang Wei is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She has over 16 years of experience in renal nursing and is extremely passionate in the field of renal nursing. Since being a full-pledged APN in early this year, she has been involved in many services developed for peritoneal dialysis program such as Sharesource program and outpatient services. She has also been actively involved in renal outpatient clinics including Acute Renal Disease Clinic, Low Clearance Clinic and Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic. She is also a treasurer for the Renal Nurses’ Chapter in Singapore Nursing Association.
