Ms Lydia Lim Wei Wei is a Programme Manager with 20 years of experience in the Department of Renal Medicine, Singapore General Hospital. She graduated with a Bachelor in Nursing in 1998 and obtained her specialization in Nephrology nursing in 2008. She was awarded the Singhealth Health Manpower Development Programme scholarship to be further trained in Vascular Access Coordination from the Los Angeles Vascular Centre. During the course of her work, she spearheaded and managed various newly initiated programmes in the department such as Renal Disease Retardation, CKD and Pre-ESKD and the Vascular Hotline programme in collaboration with the community dialysis centres. She is currently leading the team of Renal Coordinators in SGH and the Renal Coordinator Professional Lead for the Singhealth Group Allied Health Profession.
