Dr Sim Mui Hian received her PharmD from the National University of Singapore in 2016 and is currently a Principal Clinical Pharmacist at the Singapore General Hospital. She has a keen interest in Renal Medicine and has been running the clinics such as the Low Clearance Clinic, Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic and Renal Supportive Care Clinics as part of a multidisciplinary team. Through these clinics, she optimizes the pharmacotherapy of her patients and engages them in understanding their medication.
